You can reach the records office at 971-274-0570. Phone hours are 8:30 to 10:30 AM and 1:30 to 4:30 PM. The phone line does not have voicemail.
The Justice Center at 1120 SW Third Avenue handles arraignments. Call 971-274-0750 for that location. The Juvenile Justice Center at 1401 NE 68th Avenue manages juvenile matters at 971-274-0800. The East County Courthouse at 18480 SE Stark Street serves the east side of the county at 971-274-0700. All four locations are part of the same court system.

Multnomah County Felony Records Request
You have five ways to request felony records from Multnomah County. Submit an online form through the court website. Send an email to mul.records@ojd.state.or.us. Call the records office at 971-274-0570 during phone hours. Mail your request to the courthouse. Or visit in person at Room 03315 in the Central Courthouse.

Felony Record Fees
Multnomah County charges set fees for copies of felony records. Paper copies cost $3.00 per case plus $0.25 per page. Certified copies are $5.00 each. Exemplified copies cost $10.00. Microfilm pages are $0.45 per page. These fees apply to all record types in the Multnomah County court system.
Electronic records cost $3.00 per case. Audio recordings in electronic format are $10.00. If you want audio on a CD, the cost is $11.00. The court uses the FTR recording system for audio. This system is not compatible with Apple products. You can get a free player from fortherecord.com to listen to the files. Audio can be delivered by secure email or on CD.
